My name is Stephen Wassather, and I coach runners of all distances and abilities. Using my 7+ years of racing and running industry experience, I will work with you to create a training plan that is customized around your schedule. 

Whether you're training for your first 5k or trying to set a 100 mile PR, running should be fun! Through a personalized online training plan that progressively builds toward your goal, I will help you reach the finish line feeling fit, healthy, and excited to take on the challenge.

Life happens, I get it. With online personal coaching, I'll take the guess work out of your training. Each month you'll receive a 4-week plan that is tailored around your life. If you need a workout adjusted, just shoot me an email or a text, and I'll update it for you. It's that easy.
